These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the khelibet platform and its users. They apply to all services provided on the site, gaming activities, promotional offers, and financial transactions.

Eligibility and Registration
To create an account on the khelibet platform and use its services, each user must meet the following eligibility requirements.
- You must be at least 21 years old at the time of registration — this is a mandatory requirement.
- All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date.
- Each person may open only one account; multiple accounts are not permitted.
- You must register in your own name; accounts may not be opened on behalf of another person or any organisation.
- Users must confirm that participating in online gaming is legally permitted in their region.
2.1 Identity Verification (KYC)
khelibet may at any time request government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method to verify a user's identity. If the required documents are not provided in time, account activity may be restricted.
Account Management
Each user is fully responsible for the security of their account. Login credentials, passwords, and OTP codes must not be shared with anyone.
3.1 User Responsibilities
- If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must notify customer support immediately.
- It is the user's responsibility to change their password regularly and to use a strong password.
- If any registered account information changes, it is the member's responsibility to update it.
- The respective user will be held responsible for any misuse of their account.
3.2 Third-Party Access
Allowing anyone else to use your account or placing bets on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, khelibet reserves the right to close the account and forfeit the balance.
Deposits and Withdrawals
The following guidelines apply to financial transactions on khelibet. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳).
4.1 Deposits
The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Accepted payment methods are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (e.g. Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank). Deposits via any other method are not accepted.
4.2 Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawals generally take between 15 minutes and 2 hours to process. Withdrawal requests will be sent only to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
- If bonus wagering requirements have not been met, the relevant amount cannot be withdrawn.
- khelibet reserves the right to suspend withdrawals in cases of fraud or suspicious activity.
- All withdrawal methods are the same as for deposits: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer.
Bonuses and Promotions
khelibet's bonuses and promotional offers are provided subject to specific conditions. Each offer has its own wagering requirements, and bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are met.
5.1 Welcome Bonus
New members can receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 20 times the bonus amount. For example: a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500, and to withdraw the bonus you must wager ৳1,500 × 20 = ৳30,000.
5.2 General Bonus Rules
- Bonus funds are not cash — they become withdrawable only once the play-through conditions have been met.
- Each member may have only one active bonus at a time.
- If any irregularity or misuse of bonuses is detected, the bonus will be cancelled.
- Bonus claims must be submitted within the specified time limit.
- The next bonus cannot be claimed until the wagering on the current bonus is complete.
5.3 VIP Program
khelibet's VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback is awarded at each tier — up to 1.0% at the Diamond level. Cashback is calculated on the week's net losses at the applicable rate.
Betting and Gaming Rules
The following rules must be strictly followed when placing bets and playing any game on khelibet.
6.1 Validity of Bets
- Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled, unless there is a technical error on the platform.
- After a match or event has started, live betting is governed by specific rules.
- If odds change, the odds in effect at the time the bet was placed will be used for settlement.
- If an event is cancelled or left unresolved, the stake for the relevant bet will be refunded.
6.2 Technical Errors
If a game's outcome is affected by a server outage, network issue, or software error, khelibet reserves the right to void the result of that game and refund the stake. Deliberately exploiting technical vulnerabilities is prohibited.
6.3 Maximum Win Limit
A maximum win limit over a given period may apply to specific games or betting categories, as stated in the game description. khelibet is not obliged to pay out any amount beyond this limit.
Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the khelibet platform. Violating these rules may result in account termination, balance forfeiture, and legal action.
- Money laundering or assisting with the flow of illegal funds in any way.
- Bonus abuse — such as claiming bonuses using multiple accounts.
- Using automated software, bots, or artificial methods to gain an advantage in games or betting.
- Attempting to exploit technical errors or glitches to gain unusual profits.
- Attempting to gain unauthorised access to another user's account.
- Disrespectful, threatening, or abusive behaviour toward platform staff.
- Operating an account using a false identity or forged documents.
Limitation of Liability
The khelibet platform operates with reasonable security measures in place. However, the platform's liability is limited in certain situations.
8.1 Service Disruptions
khelibet will not be held liable for service disruptions caused by technical issues, third-party service failures, loss of internet connection, or any other circumstances beyond its control.
8.2 Third-Party Services

8.3 Gaming Losses
Online gaming and betting carry a financial risk of loss. khelibet does not accept responsibility for any financial losses resulting from a user's own decisions to play. We always advise practising responsible gaming.
Account Closure
A user may request to close their account at any time. In addition, khelibet may itself take steps to close an account under certain specific circumstances.
9.1 Account Closure at the User's Request
Members may request account closure through customer support. If there is an outstanding balance at the time of the request, the opportunity to withdraw it will be provided based on eligibility. 9.2 Account Closure by khelibet
khelibet may close or suspend an account without prior notice in the following circumstances:
- If any clause of these Terms is violated.
- If it is established that registration was completed using false information.

- If clear evidence of bonus abuse is found.
Changes and Notices
khelibet reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. A notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the site after updated terms have been published will be considered acceptance of the new terms.
